Mit den Informationen des Visitor Centers legten wir uns eine Strategie f\u00fcr den Parkbesuch fest. Wir wollten uns inklusive Fahrr\u00e4der mit dem Shuttle-Bus die Science Road bis zum Ende hochfahren lassen und dann w\u00e4hrend der 13 km langen R\u00fcckfahrt die tolle Gebirgslandschaft erkunden.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Vorher gab&#8217;s dann noch ein paar kleinere Probleme bei der Nachtquartiersuche. Beim ersten Recreation Van Campground verweigerte man uns einen Platz, weil wir einen Hund, aber keine Aircondition hatten. Der zweite Platz sollte 72 Dollar kosten mit full hooked up (Strom, Abwasser\/Klo und Brauchwasser). Das war uns dann doch ein bischen viel.
